Vic Carrucci is reporting that bedraggled wide receiver Terrell Owens has signed a one year, $6.5 million dollar contract with the Buffalo Bills.

This deal comes as a complete surprise to the entire NFL. The Bills were not a playoff contender past week 7 of 2008, and their passing game is quite weak. Owens may also have problems with young and erratic second year starter, Trent Edwards.

Of all the teams T.O. could have fit on, the Broncos, Eagles, Giants, Dolphins, and others, he chose Buffalo. This move will undoubtedly be torn apart by analysts.
